Legislative Summary

An act to amend Section 18862.43 of, and to add and repeal Part 2.3.5 (commencing with Section 18890) of Division 13 of, the Health and Safety Code, and to amend Section 13995.77 of, and to add Article 11 (commencing with Section 13995.120) to Chapter 1 of Part 4.7 of Division 3 of Title 2 of, the Government Code, relating to land use, making an appropriation therefor, and declaring the urgency thereof, to take effect immediately.
