Legislative Summary
To: (1) Establish verification requirements prior to the creation of an online dating account, (2) establish the crime of child grooming, (3) create a grant program to prevent online abuse, (4) require domestic violence training for state employees, (5) prohibit discrimination against a victim of family violence, and (6) expand assistance to families and children in homes experiencing domestic violence.
