HB05308: An Act Concerning Absentee Voting For Certain Patients Of Nursing Homes.
Legislative Summary
To allow an absentee ballot applicant, who is a patient in a nursing home within six days immediately preceding the close of the polls at an election, primary or referendum, to designate someone to deliver an absentee ballot to such applicant.
