SB00005: An Act Concerning Higher Education Affordability And Accountability.
Legislative Summary
To require (1) need-based grants under the Roberta B. Willis Scholarship program to be equal to four thousand five hundred dollars per student, and (2) the Office of Higher Education to disburse grants under the Roberta B. Willis Scholarship program not later than the academic semester preceding the academic semester in which such grants are to be awarded to eligible students.
