SB257: An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Rental Car Insurance Coverage.
Legislative Summary
This Act changes Delawares law related to liability insurance for rental vehicles. Under the Act, the minimum level of coverage required for a vehicle owners policy of liability insurance under § 2902 of this title is also required for a vehicle owners rental of a vehicle.
