Legislative Summary
Revises what constitutes reasonable notice for repairs of dwelling units; requires operator of apartments to provide tenant or prospective tenant with certain background screening information; requires operator to provide tenant with list of employees or contractors & post such list on grounds of apartment or apartment's website; requires such operator to maintain, & make accessible to certain persons & during discovery, list that accounts for information for specified time period; requires licensee to provide Division of Hotels & Restaurants with certain information during its annual inspection.
