Legislative Summary
Requires DEP to adopt statewide rules for cleanup target levels for perfluoroalkyl & polyfluoroalkyl substances in drinking water, groundwater, & soil under specified condition; requires legislative ratification of such rules; provides circumstances under which certain governmental entities & water suppliers are not subject to certain actions; provides for tolling of certain statutes of limitations.
