Requires public employers to take certain actions relating to prohibited applications; prohibits downloading or accessing prohibited applications on government-issued devices; provides deadline by which specified employees must remove, delete, or uninstall prohibited application; requires DMS to compile & maintain specified list & establish procedures for specified waiver.
