Authorizing certain diagnoses to be made through telehealth; renaming the Commission on Mental Health and Substance Abuse as the Commission on Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder; revising the purposes of the commission to include an assessment of the state's suicide prevention infrastructure; revising the membership and duties of the commission; requiring the commission to submit annual interim reports to the Governor and Legislature for a specified timeframe, etc.
