Legislative Summary
Prohibits counties from levying specified special assessments on lands classified as agricultural; provides exception; authorizes construction or installation of housing for agricultural employees on certain lands; provides requirements for such housing; exempts such housing from certain local government approval; prohibits county or municipality from requiring removal or relinquishment of agricultural land classification for certain lands; requires landowners to provide county or municipality with certain written notice regarding such lands.
