Legislative Summary

Revises base salaries for clerks of the circuit court, county comptrollers, supervisors of elections, property appraisers, & tax collectors; authorizes tax collectors, property appraisers, county comptrollers, clerks of circuit court, & supervisors of elections to budget for & pay specified bonuses to employees if certain conditions are met; provides adoption benefits to certain employees of constitutional offices; defines "employee of constitutional office"; authorizes school boards to contract with tax collectors for certain purposes.
