Legislative Summary

Requires public postsecondary educational institutions to report certain student information to U.S. Department of Homeland Security; requires FCS institutions & state universities to assess out-of-state fee for students who promote foreign terrorist organization; & provides that students who promote foreign terrorist organization are ineligible for specified fee waivers & any institutional or state grants, financial aid, scholarships, or tuition assistance.
