Amending provisions to conform to section 147 of chapter 2023-173, Laws of Florida, which directs the Division of Law Revision to prepare a reviser's bill for the 2024 Regular Session of the Legislature to replace references to the terms "Department of Economic Opportunity" and "Secretary of Economic Opportunity," wherever they occur in the Florida Statutes, with the terms "Department of Commerce" and "Secretary of Commerce," respectively, etc.
