Revises timeframe within which excavator is required to provide certain information through free-access notification system established by Sunshine State One-Call of Florida, Inc.; revises timeframes during which member operators who receive such notifications are required to mark horizontal route of underground facility & provide positive response to system; provides noncriminal infraction subject to enhanced civil penalties for specified violation.
