Requires Board of Naturopathic Medicine to establish certain fees; provides for fees for licensure by examination & licensure by endorsement, respectively, of naturopathic physicians; provides for licensure renewal fees; authorizes board to set by rule certain fees related to inactive licenses & reactivation of licensure.
