Legislative Summary

Removes religious colleges from list of institutions specified as not being under jurisdiction or purview of Commission for Independent Education; provides requirements for nonpublic religious postsecondary educational institutions relating to licensure, Commission for Independent Education, & certain religious nongovernmental education associations that cooperate with commission for specified purposes.
