Requires independent sanctioning authorities & Florida High School Athletic Association to adopt guidelines to educate certain persons on first aid & cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures; requires athletic coaches to hold current certificate of successful completion of course in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
