Legislative Summary

Requires local governments that impose nonmonetary exactions to provide specified amount of compensation; places requirements on use of impact fees by local governments when collecting impact fees; requires local governments to establish impact fee zones or impact fee districts for certain purposes; limits dollar amount of impact fees that local governments may adopt, collect, or administer based on land use; prohibits local governments from adopting, collecting, or administering both impact fees & mobility fees for certain types of developments.
