H1661: Property Insurer Financial Strength Ratings

Legislative Summary

Requires OFR's annual insurance reports to Governor & Legislature to include financial strength ratings of property insurers against which delinquency & similar proceedings were instituted; requires office to maintain information relating to financial strength ratings of property insurers & to make such information available upon request.
