Authorizes landlord to accept reusable tenant screening reports & require specified statement; prohibits landlord from charging certain fees to applicant using reusable tenant screening report; requires, rather than authorizes, local governments to adopt ordinance to allow accessory dwelling units in certain areas; revises accessory dwelling units that apply toward satisfying certain component of local government's comprehensive plan; requires that rented accessory dwelling unit be assessed separately from homestead property & taxed according to its use; prohibits local governments from adopting ordinance to allow accessory dwelling units in areas of critical state concern; authorizes local government to provide density bonus incentive to landowners who make certain real property donations to assist in provision of affordable housing for military families.
