S0676: Minimum Wage Requirements

Legislative Summary

Providing an exception to the requirement that an employee be paid the state minimum wage; providing that an employer is not subject to certain minimum wage requirements for specified employees; authorizing employees to opt out of the minimum wage requirements in a specified manner; requiring that the parent or guardian of an employee who is younger than 18 years of age sign such waiver on behalf of the employee, etc.
