Revises definition of term "practice of chiropractic medicine" to include ordering, storing, possessing, prescribing, & administering of articles of natural origin by certain chiropractic physicians; authorizes pharmacists to fill orders of such chiropractic physicians; removes requirement that all chiropractic continuing education be completed in classroom setting; prohibits Board of Chiropractic Medicine from limiting number of hours of continuing education chiropractic physician may complete through distance learning; authorizes board to make exceptions to continuing education requirements during declared state of emergency in this state; specifies who may teach board-approved continuing education courses; requires, rather than authorizes, board to adopt rules; revises grounds for disciplinary action; revises certification requirements for certified chiropractic physician's assistants.
