Citing this act as the "Second Chance Act"; requiring the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) to adopt bylaws requiring all students to pass an electrocardiogram screening before participating in certain activities; authorizing FHSAA member schools to collaborate with certain entities to offer low cost or free electrocardiogram screenings; providing electrocardiogram requirements for students whose primary residence is outside of this state; providing requirements for a student to be granted an exception to the electrocardiogram requirement, etc.
