Revises maximum number of nominees for Florida Veterans' Hall of Fame; requires DVA to conduct study that evaluates extent to which specified persons are aware of certain existing programs or services; revises requirements of specified report; requires that specified report include evaluation of health literacy of veterans & recommendations on how to increase knowledge of programs & services; requires DVA to ensure coordination with United States Department of Defense for specified purpose; authorizes DVA to engage county & city veteran service officers for assistance; revises purpose of Veteran Suicide Prevention Training Pilot Program; requires pilot program participants to be trained to identify indicators of elevated mental health risk; requires DVA to contract with organization developing & implementing certain mental health training; requires Florida Is For Veterans, Inc., to advise DVA on needs of certain military personnel & their spouses; revises collaborators of Veterans Employment & Training Services Program; requires DVA to develop plan to establish adult day health care facilities; requires that such plans include specified information; requires report to Legislature; revises authorized use of specified percentage of proceeds from sale of specified specialty license plate.
