Provides procedures & timelines for objecting, & responding to objections, to sufficiency of evidence submitted by claimants to insurers; revises requirements for licensing for general lines agents; specifies when adjusters must include their appointment types & names & license numbers if communicating with policyholders by text message; prohibits public adjusters from engaging in certain adversarial conduct; revises circumstances under which insurer or agent may cancel or nonrenew certain residential property insurance policies; revises required statement by property insurers providing preliminary or partial estimate of damage regarding claim; revises required statement by property insurers providing payment on claim which is not full & final payment for claim.
