Legislative Summary

Requires each district school board to ensure that certain emergency action plans are effective & that school personnel & employees & contracted personnel of before-school & after-school programs receive certain training relating to allergic reactions & anaphylaxis; & requires that at least one member of school personnel with such training be on school grounds for specified purposes.
