Requires public schools, including charter schools. to designate member of administrative personnel to provide annual training regarding human trafficking awareness to specified employees; requires employees who receive such training to submit acknowledgment to school; requires schools to keep acknowledgments filed electronically; requires each school district to provide curriculum for such training & to submit specified curriculum to DOE for approval; provides requirements for training.
