Defines "structural integrity reserve study"; requires condominium & cooperative associations that govern building of specified height to conduct structural integrity reserve study for specified purpose; provides that condominium & cooperative associations that govern building that does not meet such specified height requirement are not required to conduct structural integrity reserve study; authorizes certain condominium & cooperative associations to elect, by majority vote of unit owners, to waive or reduce reserve contributions.
