Creates Bocilla Islands Chain Conservation District; establishes district boundaries; restricts density of dwelling units; restricts commercial, industrial or multi-family use of land to those lands zoned for such uses prior to effective date of act; provides height limitations on all buildings & structures erected within district; restricts expansion of infrastructure; provides that act shall not repeal applicable local government comprehensive plans, state & local land development regulations, air & water quality, infrastructure, & conservation regulations; provides exemption; provides that act shall prevail where it is more restrictive than such regulations; provides severability; provides that any real property owner in district may enforce provisions of act by legal proceeding; provides that act shall be recorded in public records of Charlotte County.
