Prohibits impersonation of transportation network company driver; provides criminal penalties; provides that services purchased from transportation network company are not considered privately owned or operated bus transit systems; authorizes Commission for Transportation Disadvantaged to expend funds to contract with alternative providers; provides requirements for such alternative providers; revises definition of term "transportation service provider"; requires transportation service providers to provide certain drivers with access to certain training materials.
