A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 3 of Chapter 11 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding dependency proceedings, so as to provide that interested parties may intervene and participate in dependency proceedings under certain circumstances by filing a motion for order to show cause; to provide for a definition; to provide for requirements; to provide for a form by the Council of Juvenile Court Judges; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
