L. 2012, p. 5409), so as to provide for a new five member board; to terminate the office of the current board members; to provide for appointment, qualifications, term, quorum, and meeting of board members; to revise provisions regarding the election supervisor; to provide for filling of vacancies; to provide for related matters; to provide effective dates; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
