A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 20-2-152.2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to protocols for assessment of trauma in students in foster care and guidance regarding trauma and its impact on students, so as to require local units of administration to annually report to the State Board of Education certain information regarding the educational performance of foster care students; to provide for remediation plans under certain circumstances; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
