A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 12 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to commissions and other agencies, so as to create the Equity and Reconciliation Commission of Georgia; to provide for membership and operation; to provide for an executive director; to provide for an advisory committee; to provide for powers and duties; to provide for definitions; to provide that the commission may accept outside funding from public or private grants, devises, and bequests; to provide for reporting; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
