A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to health, so as to provide that persons doing business in this state shall not expose individuals to chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity without first giving clear and reasonable warning nor discharge such chemicals into drinking water; to provide for the content and manner of the giving of such warnings; to provide for the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Fund and its purposes and funding; to provide for definitions; to provide a short title; to provide for related matters; to provide a contingent effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
