A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 20-2-149.4 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to financial literacy instruction and curriculum, so as to require the State Board of Education to adopt content standards for instruction in financial literacy and money management for grades four and five; to require local boards of education to provide instruction in financial literacy and money management in grades four and five; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
