L. 1897, p. 462), as amended, so as to modernize, update, and readopt provisions governing such court and its judges, clerk, solicitor-general, and other personnel; to provide for related matters; to provide for effective dates; to repeal specific Acts; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
