L. 1884-85, p. 435), as amended, particularly by an Act approved May 6, 2013 (Ga. L. 2013, p. 4328), so as to change the description of the commissioner districts; to provide for definitions and inclusions; to provide for the continuation in office of current members; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
