HB4593: CRIM CD-SOLICIT SEXUAL ACT
Legislative Summary
Reinserts the provisions of the bill as introduced but deletes provision that solicitation of a sexual act from a person whom the solicitor of the sexual act reasonably believes to be under the age of 18 is a Class 4 felony.
