Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with changes. Repeals a provision concerning the assessment of marketing programs by the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Restores a provision concerning data center investment by the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Removes provisions amending the Opportunities for At-Risk Women Act concerning the issuance of a report under the Act and the repeal of the Act. Effective immediately.
