SB2006: SCH CD-MINIMUM FUNDING LEVEL

Legislative Summary

Amends the evidence-based funding provisions of the School Code. Provides that the Minimum Funding Level is equal to $550,000,000 (instead of $350,000,000). Effective July 1, 2023.
