Legislative Summary

Amends the Physical Fitness Services Act. Provides that a physical fitness center shall not offer or advertise a lifetime membership that violates other provisions of the Act. Provides that a physical fitness center shall clearly and conspicuously disclose any change in the customer's total payment obligations or reduction in benefits no later than 60 days before the automatic renewal of a contract. Provides that a physical fitness center shall provide a copy of a contract for services to the customer upon the request of the customer.
