Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes: Adds language providing that a sheriff in a county of the third class may receive a fee of $35 (rather than $40 in the introduced bill) for serving or attempting to serve any summons filed electronically on a defendant. Adds language providing that a sheriff in a county of the third class may receive a fee of $35 (rather than $40 in the introduced bill) for serving or attempting to serve all other process filed electronically on a defendant. Adds language providing that a sheriff in a county of the third class may receive a fee of $60 for serving or attempting to serve an order or judgment for the possession of real estate in an action of ejectment or in any other action, or for restitution in an eviction action, without aid, and $35 for serving or attempting to serve an order or judgment for the possession of real estate in an action of ejectment or in any other action, or for restitution in an eviction action, without aid, when filed electronically (rather than a fee of $35 for serving or attempting to serve an order or judgment for the possession of real estate in an action of ejectment or in any other action, or for restitution in an eviction action, without aid).
