HB2418: YOUTH SPORTS COMMISSION

Legislative Summary

Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes. Makes changes to the membership of the Commission on Youth Sports. Provides that the Department of Human Services may delay the implementation of provisions concerning administrative support if the Department is unable to find a third party to provide administrative support to the Commission. Repeals the Act on December 31, 2028. Makes other changes. Effective immediately.
