SB1583: SCH CD-SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT

Legislative Summary

Amends the Educator Licensure Article of the School Code. Provides that, notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, individuals seeking a short-term approval for school support personnel, as defined in rules, are not required to take the test of content area knowledge prior to the short-term approval being issued.
