Legislative Summary

Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes. Provides that the Director of Commerce and Economic Opportunity or the Director's designee shall serve as an ex officio, nonvoting, advisory member. Provides that the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and the Department of Revenue shall provide administrative and other support to the Chicago Downtown Revitalization Task Force subject to appropriation. Makes stylistic changes.
