Legislative Summary

Creates the Illinois State Capitol Complex Menstrual Hygiene Product Accessibility Act. Requires the Office of the Secretary of State to ensure that menstrual hygiene products are provided, at no cost, in public restrooms located within the Illinois State Capitol and the William G. Stratton State Office Building. Effective January 1, 2026.
