Legislative Summary

Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following change. Adds a provision which specifies that the provisions of the Act that are being amended by the introduced bill shall not be construed to affect the protection of or access to records under the Illinois School Students Records Act or the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
