SB1884: PERSONNEL-NO BACH DEGREE REQ
Legislative Summary
Amends the Personnel Code. Provides that the Department of Central Management Services may consider relevant work experience if the Department determines that it is equivalent to a college degree when appropriate. Effective immediately.
