SB2303: FIRE SPRINKLER SERVICE PENALTY

Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes. Removes language increasing the maximum civil penalty for offering fire sprinkler contractor services without being licensed or exempt from licensure or for practicing as a fire sprinkler inspector without being licensed or exempt from licensure.
